Hereby, I apply for registration as a founding member of the Estonian Community of Saint Gregory of the Armenian Apostolic Church. I declare that I am baptized according to the rites of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church and do not belong to any other denomination. I promise to actively participate in the development of its mission and to pay the approved membership fee.
